At Don Bosco Independent PU College, our Grievance Redressal Cell is dedicated to ensuring student welfare through a structured approach to addressing concerns. Comprising five dedicated members, the cell is committed to resolving grievances at individual, class, and institutional levels.
We strive to create an environment where every student’s voice is heard, fostering transparency and fairness across our campus. Our proactive measures ensure that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Our grievance redressal process is structured into three levels to ensure comprehensive coverage and resolution of issues:
Level 1: Departmental Resolution – Class Mentors and Heads of Departments handle initial grievances for quick solutions. Level 2: Institutional Cell – Unresolved issues are escalated to our Grievance Redressal Cell for further action. Level 3: Principal & Management – Critical issues are addressed by the Principal and management, ensuring thorough resolution.
