WET – Wayanamac Education Trust (WET) initiated its journey in the year 1999 with a holistic spectrum to provide and achieve excellence in education. It has also mandated itself to involve in social and philanthropic activities through meaningful engagement of the people and the society.
The Trust is headed by its founder, Late Sri.B. Bylappa, an entrepreneur, industrialist and a technocrat. He is recognized more as an educationist and philanthropist. He firmly believes in the philosophy of giving back to society by engaging in meaningful philanthropic activities such as imparting quality education, scholarship to needy students and assistance to orphanages/old-age homes.
WET strongly believes that our nation can become a developed nation through the proliferation of quality education which suits the dynamic needs of the industry and commerce. Education is an effective tool and a catalyst that can empower the people, which, in turn, can accelerate the growth of the country.
